Anna Dair is the founder and principal of Confit Consulting, where she helps food and beverage brands build and grow their foodservice business. She brings more than two decades of experience across the channel, from established CPG brands to early-stage startups.

Anna owns the full scope of foodservice growth: go-to-market strategy, distribution, pricing, and the sales organization that carries it. She has worked alongside chefs and culinary professionals for more than twenty years, and built her expertise on both the brand and distribution sides of the industry.

As Director of Foodservice at Straus Family Creamery, the renowned organic dairy, Anna built and led the company's foodservice business, owning both the P&L and the team, and grew it nearly tenfold. She also led the company's consumer relations function. Earlier, she held sales leadership roles at Ground Control, a coffee equipment manufacturer, and at Niman Ranch, a pioneer in premium, humanely raised meats.

With deep command of distribution, the operators and buyers who shape the channel, and where the market is heading, Anna helps brands turn foodservice into a real and lasting source of revenue. She holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Anna has had a lifelong love of food and cooking and lives with her husband and son in Oakland, California.
